Well, the first day of school is OVER!!! We made it!!! It went okay- there's going to be a lot of adjusting, to say the least. So many changes at once! Her teachers are sweet and there are THREE Ellas in her class!! She got to finger paint and her favorite time was recess!! (imagine that) Please continue to pray for all of us- it's been a hard week, for sure.
Ella's newest words are: AMEN, Bible, Mimi (finally), and she loves to say "no-way", and "Oooh-WOW", and "cheese"! She has new dance moves that I promise to share soon. She loves to play with her babies, and she has an obsession with stickers and the mail this week. She won't put the mail down (see below), and has to have ALL of it in her hand at one time. Also, the dreaded but inevitable Dora obsession has begun, but her favorite is still Jack's Big Music Show by far. She thought she was a big girl getting to carry her Bible purse into church this weekend! It's amazing how much she's learning every day!! She's certainly a little sponge these days!

Hi! I am Shelley's sister-in-law and I have enjoyed watching your little one grow up! It goes by sooo fast! Congrats on the FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL! That is a huge thing-not only for mommy's but for big girls to go to big girl school. I am sure that Miss Ella had a great time. I wish you and your family the best! Good luck with school, Miss Ella.
